Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking with DNT, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your date and allows us to begin preparing for your event.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than [X days/weeks] prior to your event date. Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., e-transfer, credit card, PayPal].
Deposits & Payments
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit but will not be charged the remaining balance.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will be subject to the full remaining balance.
- In the unlikely event that DNT must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be fully refunded.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability, with no additional fees.
